I got this from a co-worker's wife (Thanks, Kris). It is so easy and delicious. Not to mention you can use fat-free cool whip, sugar free strawberry jell-o to help make it a little less sinful.

Steps:
- 1. Bring to a boil - 3 cups of water.
- 2. Stir in Strawberry Jell-o, and both small boxes of Tapioca.
- 3. Cook over medium heat until thick (3-5 minutes).
- 4. Cool mixture so the heat won't melt down the Cool Whip in the next step.
- 5. Blend in 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
- 6. Add in Frozen Strawberries and then place in fridge to set up and enjoy!
- 7. To dress it up a bit, once dessert is set up, place a few sliced strawberries on top with a dollop of Cool Whip!
