3 ounces mixed greens
2 ounces strawberries, quartered
1 ounce red onion, julienne
1 ounce gorgonzola, crumbled
1 ounce walnuts, toasted
2 cups fat free balsamic vinaigrette
9 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Place 3 oz mixed greens in salad bowl.
  • Loosley arrange 2 oz strawberries, 1 oz red onion, 1 oz gorgonzola, and 1 oz walnuts on lettuce.
  • Serve with 2 ounces Honey Poppy Seed Dressing.

I made this salad last night and it was delicious! I used fresh strawberries from my garden and they were so sweet and juicy. The dressing was also perfect - not too sweet, not too tart. I will definitely be making this salad again soon.
