Strawberry Extreme Smoothie image

My husband and I LOVE Orange Julius' Strawberry Xtreme, unfortunately, there is not an Orange Julius anywhere near where we live. So, on our latest out of town trip we stopped in, got our smoothies and I made a mental note of ingredients as they went into the blender. This recipe is as close as I could get to theirs.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 c frozen yogurt (i used tcby vanilla)
1/2 c frozen strawberries (frozen in juice) - add more if desired
1 oz orange juice (i used the regular bottled juice)
1 c crushed ice
1/2 banana

Steps:

  • 1. Place ice cubes in blender, crush. Add strawberries.
  • 2. Add banana half, then yogurt and orange juice.
  • 3. Blend thoroughly. If you desire thinner consistency, add milk slowly until you reach it.
