Steps:
- 1. Mix cookie crust ingredients, pat down into a 13X9 pan.Bake @ 350 for 20-25 min til golden. let cool.
- 2. Mix filling ingredients, spread over cooled cookie crust.Place cut strawberries over the "cheesecake" layer.Place in fridge while you make the glaze
- 3. In a med saucepan cook on med heat: sugar,cornstarch and water til thick and clear, whisking constantly. Add in the Jello,whisk and cook til mixed in and thick.Let cool for a minute.
- 4. Top with the glaze. Refrigerate til set- 3 hours or overnight.
