I'm not usually a fan of custard pies, but this recipe changed my mind! The custard was light and fluffy, and the strawberries were perfectly tart. The crust was also very flaky and buttery.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit! The pies are always light and fluffy, and the custard is rich and creamy. I love that I can use fresh or frozen strawberries, depending on what I have on hand.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pies turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more sugar to the custard. Otherwise, they were perfect!

Absolutely delicious! The custard was creamy and smooth, and the strawberries were perfectly ripe and juicy. The crust was flaky and golden brown. I will definitely be making this again!
