I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my strawberry chantilly turned out grainy. I think I might have overwhipped the cream.

This was a bit more work than I was expecting, but it was worth it in the end. The strawberry chantilly was a big hit at my party.

The chantilly cream didn't whip up as stiff as I would have liked, but it still tasted good.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just because I used very ripe strawberries. Next time I'll use slightly less ripe strawberries.

I'm not a big fan of strawberries, but I loved this dessert! The chantilly cream was the perfect complement to the strawberries.

This is my new favorite strawberry dessert! It's so simple to make, but it looks and tastes like it came from a fancy restaurant.

This strawberry chantilly was a delight to make and even better to eat! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the texture was light and airy. I will definitely be making this again.
