Strawberry Cantaloupe Smoothie image

Although slightly tweaked now, the original of this recipe is from the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies.

1 cup apple juice, unsweetened
2 cups strawberries, diced
1 cup cantaloupe, diced
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

Steps:

  • Place ingredients in a blender & mix until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!
