Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Bowl image

This is a great, quick breakfast smoothie bowl. I pretty much always have frozen bananas in my freezer, because as soon as they get brown, I'll freeze them for exactly this use.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 cup strawberries, chopped
½ tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon chia seeds
¼ banana, sliced
2 strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • Defrost banana chunks for 5 minutes. Combine banana and 1 cup strawberries in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
  • Top with coconut flakes, chia seeds, fresh banana slices, strawberry pieces, and blueberries.
