I think this is a yummy smoothie with a great banana taste. I loved the fact that this only makes 1 glass. I got it from Denise Austin's Morning Stretch. Feel free to substitute your favorite fruits for the ones listed below and create your own unique blend!

- In a blender, process until smooth ripe banana, strawberries, fat-free milk, low-fat plain yogurt, honey, and 1 or 2 ice cubes.
