Strawberry and Mango Bruschetta Dessert image

From Chef Ryan Nolan of the Water City Grill. I have made this a few times now and it is delicious and beautiful. Most recently I made this with Lorrie in Montreal's Recipe #322067 #322067. I highly suggest trying these recipes together.

I made this bruschetta for a vegan friend and she loved it! I used dairy-free cream cheese and it was just as delicious.

I'm allergic to strawberries, so I used raspberries instead. They worked great!

I had some trouble finding ripe mangoes. I ended up using canned mangoes, which worked out just fine.

The mascarpone cheese was a bit too rich for me. I think I'll try using a lighter cream cheese next time.

I found this recipe to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my bruschetta didn't turn out as good as I hoped. The flavors just didn't seem to come together.
