Stone Fruit Slaw image

I found this recipe on the New Seasons Market website and it looks like great side dish. I plan to make it for a 4th of July cookout.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 lb cabbage, sliced (about 4 cups)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons mint, chopped
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 small nectarines, peaches or 2 small plums, sliced

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  • Refrigerate a 1/2 hour to let the flavors meld.
