Spaghetti, 200g
2 eggs
1 Carrot
4-6 Baby corns
1 Bok choy vegetable
1 Bell pepper
Oyster Sauce, 100 ml
Parsley, 1 handfull
Palm oil, 100 ml
Garlic, 3 cloves

Steps:

  • 1. Boil spaghetti then take it out after it turned soft. 2. Slice the carrot and baby corn. 3. Julienne the bell peppers 4. Mince the garlic 5. Heat the pan at medium heat and pour in the oil then leave it for 30 seconds to make the oil hotter. 6. Put the minced garlic in the pan and stir. 7. Put in the chopped carrots. 8.After mixing well, put all the rest of the ingredients in the pan and mix well. 9. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce then mix well. 10. Taste the dish to see if the flavours are combined well enough and if not, add sugar or salt. 11. Prepare the stir fry in a plate. 12. Mix the spaghetti with the stir fry. 13. Put oil in the pan 14. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl then mix 15. Pour the mixture into the pan 16. Wait for the egg to turn solid then wrap the egg around the spaghetti 17. Decorate the dish with the parsley and some bell peppers. 18. Give it to your guest and let them enjoy.
