This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I had some rotisserie chicken that I needed to use up, and this dish was the perfect way to do it.

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, so I used a mild chili sauce instead of the hot chili sauce. It was still delicious!

This stir-fry chicken and peppers recipe is a real winner! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the peppers were cooked to perfection. The sauce was flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. I will definitely be making this dish again.
