I'm not a big fan of soup, but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I'm glad I did because it was really good! The pork was tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. I will definitely be making this again.

This soup is the perfect comfort food. It's warm and flavorful and it's just what I need on a cold day. I love that I can use whatever vegetables I have on hand. I also like that it's not too heavy, so it's perfect for a light meal or lunch.

I love this soup! It's so easy to make and it's always a hit with my family. I usually add a little bit of ginger and garlic to the soup for extra flavor. I also like to top it with some chopped green onions.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover pork. I made it with some leftover roasted pork and it turned out great. The soup was flavorful and satisfying. I will definitely be making this again next time I have leftover pork.

I made this soup for a party and it was a huge success! Everyone loved it. I especially liked the addition of the bok choy. It gave the soup a nice crunch and a slightly bitter flavor. I will definitely be making this again for my next party.
