Add the bell pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until spotty brown, about 1 1/2 minutes. 5. Clear the center of the skillet; add the garlic and ginger mixture to the clearing and coo, mashing the mixture with a spoon, until fragrant, 15 to 20 seconds, then stir the mixture in to the peppers. Return the beef and broccoli to the skillet and toss to combine. Whisk the sauce to recombine, then add to the skillet; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and evenly distributed, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with scallions, and serve.

I would have liked the sauce to be a bit thicker. Next time I will add a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.

I'm not a big fan of oyster sauce, but this recipe changed my mind. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and it paired perfectly with the beef and broccoli.

This dish was a disappointment. The beef was tough and the broccoli was overcooked.

I've tried many stir-fried beef and broccoli recipes, but this one is by far the best. The oyster sauce gives it a unique flavor that I love.

This recipe is a bit bland. I would recommend adding more spices or herbs to give it more flavor.

This stir-fried beef and broccoli with oyster sauce recipe is a winner! The sauce was flavorful and glossy, the beef was tender, and the broccoli was perfectly crisp-tender.
