Steps:
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper or adobo or whatever and then sprinkle with a little bit of flour. In a large saute pan add oil and brown the chicken until golden on both sides. Remove chicken form the pan and cook onions in the same pan over med low-heat until they are soft. Add you garlic and cook for another minute. Add some wine to degalzed the pan and add in the tomatoes. Return the chicken to the pan and add the chicken broth. Add salt, pepper, Adobo, Italian seasoning, cayenne,and chili powder. Let the mixture simmer on low for about an hour or until meat starts to separate from the bone. Serve with rice.
