A different twist on a spinach salad. The addition of orange juice gives this salad a unique flavor.

Steps:
- 1. Combine apple slices with orange juice in bowl. Place spinach in large salad bowl. Drain apple slices, reserving 1/2 cup orange juice. Arrange tomato wedges and apple slives over spinach. Sprinkle bacon and walnuts in center. Blend reserved orange juice with mayonnaise in bowl. Drizzle over salad. ENJOY!
