Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup (8 fl oz) ground coffee (recommend Terraza Blend or Guatemala Antigua)
3 cups filtered water
1 pint of your favorite vanilla ice cream (for me, that would be Blue Bell Natural Vanilla Bean)
1 Tbsp semi-sweet cocoa powder

Steps:

  • 1. Brew coffee double-strength using 1 cup ground coffee to 3 cups water 2. After brewing, pour into a pitcher of carafe 3. Add 3 cups of ice to pitcher and let cool 4. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in each bowl 5. Pour 1/4 cup chilled iced coffee over ice cream 6. Sprinkle 1/4 Tbsp cocoa powder over ice cream. Note: 2.5 oz. pre-ground pack of Terraza Blend equals 1 cup ground coffee.
