St. Patrick's Day Pie image

How can you not have a green dessert for St. Paddy's Day? It doesn't get any easier than this.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 oreo pie crust
1/3 c chocolate syrup
1/2 gal mint chocolate chip ice cream
10 oz container cool whip
mini chocolate chips, syrup, and whip cream for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Spread 1/3 c of chocolate syrup on the bottom of the pie crust. Place in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes while ice cream is softening.
  • 2. Blend ice cream and cool whip together. Pour into pie crust and smooth with a spatula. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Garnish with whip cream, syrup, and chocolate chips. Place in freezer for 4 hours to overnight.
