1 cup truRoots Organic Sprouted Bean Trio
2/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/3 cup peeled, diced cucumber
3 Tbsp thinly sliced scallions
4 Tbsp EVO
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground com in
Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Cook Bean Sprout Trio according to the instructions. Drain and cool to room temp. Combine all ingredients in lg bowl. Toss well.
