Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix apples, cinnamon. Splenda granulated and 3 Tbs. Flour until well combined. Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" baking pan. In a separate bowl, mix remaining flour, oatmeal, Splenda brown sugar blend, butter, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined. Sprinkle over the apple mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until apples are soft.
