Spinach, Strawberry and Walnut Salad image

I went to a wedding this past summer and had a delicious spinach salad. I was able to reproduce it quite well and am sharing it here. It's absolutely delicious on a hot summer day and the sugar encrusted walnuts make it extra tasty.

I'm not a big fan of spinach, but I loved this salad. The strawberries and walnuts really helped to balance out the flavor.

The dressing was a bit too oily for my liking. I would have preferred a lighter dressing.

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a different type of dressing.
