SPINACH SALAD WITH STRAWBERRIES & ALMONDS
My Aunt Sharon makes this salad and it is so delicious. One of my favorites!

Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute almonds until golden. Set aside.
- 2. Add the oil, vinegars, seeds, minced onions, sugar, and paprika in a bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.
- 3. Lay the spinach in your serving dish. Top with strawberries and browned almonds. Pour dressing over the top and toss. Enjoy!
