1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons wasabi powder or 2 teaspoons wasabi paste
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 (5 ounce) packages Baby Spinach
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/2 cup radish, thinly sliced
chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • Combine dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Toss salad ingredients, add dressing and toss again.
  • Sprinkle with Chow Mein noodles and serve.
