Steps:
- Squeeze all moisture from spinach.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon bits, dressing mix, onions and water chestnuts; mix well.
- Spread evenly over tortillas and roll tortillas tightly.
- Chill overnight.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces.
