Spinach & Chicken Roll-ups image

This is a nice appetizer to serve at parties.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 pkg 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 oz package ranch dressing mix
1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1/2 c bacon bits
6 12" flour tortillas
3 Tbsp chopped onions
1 can(s) 10 oz. chicken breast

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine spinach, ranch mix, mayo, sour cream, bacon bits, onion, and chicken.
  • 2. Spread mixture onto each tortilla and roll it up. Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3. Slice each roll into 1" - 2" servings no more than 3 hours before serving.
