Steps:
- 1. SAUTE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL FOR A MINUTE THEN ADD SPINACH & ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & 1/4 TSP BLK. PEPPER & CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
- 2. SPOON SPINACH ONTO SLIGHTLY HOLLOWED TOP OF ITALIAN BREAD SMOOTH TO COVER, THEN TOP WITH MOZZARELLA & COVER WITH BREAD BOTTOM.
- 3. PREHEAT OVEN 350 WRAP SPINACH BREAD IN TIN FOIL BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
- 4. REMOVE FROM OVEN & WITH A SERRATED KNIFE CUT INTO SLICES THRU FOIL (THIS KEEPS THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BREAD). REMOVE FOIL & ENJOY :)
