Steps:
- Cook pasta according to pkg directions; drain. Add eggs & parmesan cheese, press onto bottom and up sides of a greased 9" deep dish pie pan. Bake @ 350 for 10 mins. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook the beef, onion, and grn pepper over med. heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 mins. Between 2 pieces of waxed paper, roll out cream cheese into a 7" circle. Place in the crust. Top with spinach and meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzaella. Bake @ 350 for 20-30 mins. or until set. Yield 6-8 servings
