Spinach Bars image

Whenever I take these to a party they are gone in a flash, unless I eat them first, which usually happens then I have to make a second batch and... Try it. You'll love it.

Number Of Ingredients 8

10 ounces spinach
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup onion, minced
6 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Beat eggs and milk together.
  • Add dry ingredients and mixed until just mixed.
  • Spread in a 9x13 ungreased baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Cook slightly and cut into squares about the size of a deck of cards.
