This is a favorite -- we bring it to every family get-together. It's creamy and rich and tastes great as a side dish too.

I'm a big fan of spinach artichoke dips and this one definitely met my craving. I'd do a few things to make it more to my personal taste, but it was a good starting point.

This is a very good dish to serve at a party. It would also be great for any sort of pot luck. I followed the recipe exactly and it served several people. Very good!

I love spinach and artichoke dips and this one is really good. I did not have any shallots so I didn't include them, and it does not need them. I cut the butter down to 1/2 cup. And I used chedder cheese instead of mozzarella and it was amazing!

I've made this dish several times and it's aways delicious. We have it over rice. I do take the time to thaw the spinach, then I'm not squeezing out a lot of extra liquid. This recipe is also great as a spread in a croissant!
