This is adapted from a recipe I found in the local newspaper. It's adapted to fit my low-sodium requirements and spiced up to add flavor!

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, about 3-4 minutes. Add ground turkey and black pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes, breaking up turkey into small pieces.
- 2. Add ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and horseradish, mixing well. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Add red wine vinegar. Serve on burger or slider buns. Makes enough for about four full-size sandwiches or eight sliders.
