Spicy Spinach image

A cheesy, spicy spinach good for both dipping and as a side. My family and friends beg for it!

5 ounces Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
ΒΌ cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a 2 quart casserole dish combine cheese, spinach and milk.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
