I'm not a fan of spicy food, so I omitted the cayenne pepper. It was still delicious!

This dish is a bit too spicy for me, but I still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll use less cayenne pepper.

This dish was an absolute delight! The shrimp and andouille sausage were cooked perfectly, and the grits were creamy and cheesy. The spicy sauce brought it all together, and I loved the addition of green onions and parsley.
