2 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges. Parboil for about 4 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.
  • Add the olive oil, paprika, chilli powder and salt to a plastic bag. Add the potatoes and seal the bag. Shake vigorously ensuring all the potatoes are covered. Refridgerate for about 1 hour.
  • Place the wedges on a baking tray and roast in the oven until brown.
  • Serve hot.
