Spicy Papaya Sunrise image

This spicy papaya cocktail can be enjoyed, with or without tequila.

3/4 cup diced papaya
1 cup diced watermelon
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 red jalapeno (sliced; seeded if desired to reduce heat)
Ice
Slice of lime
Slice of jalapeno

Steps:

  • Puree papaya, watermelon, lime juice, and 1/2 jalapeno in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice each of lime and jalapeno.
