Spicy Oil and Vinegar Bread Dip image

"This recipe is fantastic with warm crusty Italian bread, or any other bread for that matter! Use extra virgin olive oil and really good aged balsamic vinegar. For best results, make a day ahead and store in the refrigerator so flavors can meld."

This dip is a great way to use up leftover bread. I had some stale bread that I didn't know what to do with, so I made this dip. It turned out great! The bread soaked up the spicy oil and vinegar, and it was the perfect snack.

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I really enjoyed this dip. The vinegar mellows out the spice, and the bread helps to soak it up. I would definitely make this again.
