I found this recipe in a magazine and tried it out at Christmas last year. ( we do an Italian Christmas dinner since everyone is tired of turkey after Thanksgiving) This was a huge hit! The list of ingredients seems long but its easy to put together

This salad is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I always have a bag of mixed greens in my fridge, and I can just add whatever vegetables I have on hand. The dressing is also very versatile. I've used a variety of different vinegars and oils,

I've tried several different Italian salad recipes, and this one is by far the best. The dressing is so flavorful, and the vegetables are always fresh and crisp. I highly recommend this recipe!

This salad is bland and boring. The dressing is tasteless, and the vegetables are limp and flavorless.

This salad was easy to make and tasted great! I used a mix of spring greens and arugula, and added some grilled chicken for protein. The dressing was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

This salad is just okay. The dressing is a bit too spicy for my taste, and the vegetables are not as fresh as I would have liked.

This salad was a hit at my last party! The spicy dressing was a perfect complement to the fresh vegetables, and the toasted pine nuts added a nice crunch. I will definitely be making this again.
