Steps:
- Combine shrimp, garlic, shallots, pepper, salt, zest, juice, thyme sprigs, worcestershire, hot sauce and beer in a large bowl. Cover and chill/marinate for 1 to 6 hours. Heat a 12 inch skillet and add 2 T butter and the shrimp and marinade all at once, stirring constantly. Cook 4 minutes until shrimp is pink and garlic is golden brown. Remove shrimp and stir in remaining 2 T butter. Spoon sauce over shrimp and serve with crusty bread.
