This is a delicious chicken dish taught to me by a Malay friend. Cook time does not take in the marinading time.

I'm not a fan of spicy food, but this chicken was so good that I ate it all. The heat was just right.

The chicken was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I would probably use less chili paste next time.

I used chicken thighs instead of breasts, and they were so juicy and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.

The chicken was a bit bland. I think I'll add more spices next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my chicken came out tough and chewy. The flavor was good though.

I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and they turned out great. I also used a milder chili paste, and it was still plenty spicy.

The chicken was a bit dry, but the flavor was still good.

I marinated the chicken overnight, and it made a huge difference in the flavor. Definitely worth the extra time.
