I'm not a big fan of corn, but I loved this chowder. The creaminess of the chowder helped to balance out the sweetness of the corn.

This chowder is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I always have a few pieces of chicken left over after a roast chicken dinner, and this is the perfect way to use them up.

I used frozen corn in this chowder, and it turned out great. I didn't even have to thaw the corn before I added it to the pot.
