This casserole was okay. I thought it was a little bland, but my husband liked it. I think next time I'll add some more spices to it.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover corn. I always have extra corn after summer cookouts, and this is the perfect way to use it up. I love the addition of the green chiles and diced tomatoes, they give the casserole a nice kick.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The corn was tough and the cheese was rubbery. I think I overcooked it.

This casserole was a little too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the perfect amount of heat. I think next time I'll use half the amount of jalapenos.

I'm not a fan of spicy food, but this corn casserole was surprisingly mild. The sweetness of the corn and milk mellowed out the spice, making it a dish that everyone could enjoy.

Oh my goodness, this spicy corn casserole is a hit! My family gobbled it up and kept asking for more. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the texture was just right. It was the perfect side dish to our roasted chicken.
