Spicy Corn Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cans creamed corn
6 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup yellow corn meal
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 can green chilies (peppers or 2-3 teaspoon chopped jalapenos)
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my casserole turned out soupy. I had to add a lot of extra cornmeal to thicken it up.
