Steps:
- Dressing-- Mix all ingredients together and taste to adjust seasoning. The goal is to have a balance of sweet, salty, and sour (vinegar), plus some hot (chile garlic sauce) to taste. Finish--Toss salad ingredients together and then toss with dressing, starting with about 1/2 the dressing. Add more dressing as desired. Just before serving sprinkle peanuts on top.
