This is the worst dessert I've ever had. The pears were mushy and the topping was like cardboard.

I followed the recipe exactly but my dessert turned out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This dessert was easy to make and it looked beautiful, but it was a bit bland. I think it could have used more spices.

The pears were a bit too tart for my liking, but the topping was delicious. I might try using a different variety of pears next time.

This dessert is a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. I would probably cut back on the sugar next time.
