I would give this recipe 5 stars, but I found it to be a bit too time-consuming. I had to roast the carrots, then make the dressing, and then assemble the salad. It took me over an hour to make.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my salad turned out way too spicy. I guess I added too much cumin and coriander.

I found the dressing to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less honey or adding a bit of lemon juice to balance out the sweetness.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover roasted carrots. I had some leftover from a weeknight dinner and this was the perfect way to use them up.

I'm not a huge fan of carrots, but this salad changed my mind. The roasting process brings out the sweetness of the carrots and the spices add so much depth of flavor. I'll definitely be making this again!

I love how easy this salad is to make! I didn't have any cumin or coriander on hand, so I substituted ground ginger and cinnamon, and it turned out great. The salad is still very flavorful and aromatic.
