I'm always looking for new ways to cook cauliflower and this recipe is a keeper. The cauliflower was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover cauliflower. I always have a few florets left over after making roasted chicken or soup.

I used a different blend of spices than the recipe called for and it turned out great. Feel free to experiment with different flavors.

I found that the cauliflower took a little longer to caramelize than the recipe stated. But it was worth the wait!
