Spice Essentials: Creole Seasoning image

This is my go to spice for just about anything Creole. I love it on blackened fish, fried/breaded catfish, and it is awesome in a Creole jambalaya. You control the heat by varying the peppers, to your own specific tastes. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

This creole seasoning is way too expensive. I can find similar seasonings at the grocery store for a fraction of the price.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but this creole seasoning turned out really salty. I had to throw the whole dish away.

I found this creole seasoning to be a bit bland. It didn't really add much flavor to my food.

This seasoning is a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think it would be great for people who like their food with a little bit of a kick.
