Spelt and Kamut Salad image

This is a very healthy grain salad. I have tried to duplicate the one I buy at the Overwaite deli. It is close but not completely there. Still this is very tasty. You do not want large servings ( apprx 1/2 cup serving) - it is very filling and intended to be served as a side dish. I like to have tomatoes and lettuce along with it or any other green salad.

This salad is way too expensive. I can't believe I paid so much for it.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my salad didn't turn out as good as the picture. I think I might have overcooked the spelt.

This salad is a bit bland for my taste. I think it needs more seasoning.

I'm not a huge fan of spelt, but this salad is really good. The dressing is really what makes it.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover spelt and kamut. I always have some on hand, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use them in.

This salad is a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The spelt and kamut provide a hearty base, while the fresh vegetables add a crispness and vibrancy. The dressing is light and tangy, perfectly complementing the other ingredients.
