SPEEDY SHRIMP GUMBO image

This is recipe that was shared with me by my dear friend, Ann. We absolutely love it as it is quick and tasty! This recipe is a KEEPER for those who love a fast seafood gumbo for entertaining those ladies for luncheons or on a cool night when your family is desiring a satisfying comfort food. Enjoy! ~~

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) clam chowder
1 can(s) whole kernel corn - drained
1 can(s) potato soup
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 pt half & half
1 lb frozen (pre-cooked & peeled) baby salad shrimp (in freezer section)
serve & add crushed black pepper on top

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all together > DO NOT ADD WATER TO SOUP!
  • 2. Heat together until shrimp turns pink ..about 20 min +/-
