Special Thai Pineapple image

My Thai friend made this dish for me, it's so good, I couldn't believe how very quick and easy it was to make. It is refreshing and light. I love ginger so she added it just for me. This is a perfect ending to your spicy meal.

I'm not sure about this recipe. It seems like there are a lot of ingredients and it might be too complicated.

I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The pineapple added a subtle sweetness that really complemented the other flavors in the dish. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was a disaster! The rice was mushy and the pineapple was sour. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. The rice was cooked perfectly and the pineapple was a nice addition. Overall, it was a good recipe, but I would probably make a few changes next time.
